1) من نحن

Volt Link منصة عراقية لبيع المواد الكهربائية وطلب خدمات الصيانة والتأسيس. الدفع كاش عند التسليم، ولا نجمع أي بيانات بطاقات دفع.

2) البيانات التي نجمعها

• الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني: لإنشاء حسابك والتواصل معك بخصوص طلباتك.

• عنوان التوصيل والملاحظات: لتوصيل طلبك أو تنفيذ الخدمة.

• الموقع الدقيق (GPS): فقط عندما تضغط «حدد موقعي»، ويُحفظ مع ذلك الطلب فقط. لا نتتبع موقعك بالخلفية.

• صور مرفقات الصيانة: التي تختارها أنت لتوضيح العطل.

• سجل الطلبات: المنتجات والمبالغ وحالاتها.

• السلة والمفضلة: المنتجات اللي تضيفها، حتى تلكاها لو بدّلت جهازك.

• رسائلك مع الإدارة (تواصل مع الإدارة): نص الرسائل ووقتها، يشوفها فريق الدعم بس، وتنمسح لما تحذف حسابك.

• عنوان الإشعارات للجهاز: حتى نوصلك إشعارات طلباتك (تكدر تطفيها من إعدادات الموبايل).

• تقارير الأعطال التقنية: نوع الجهاز ونسخة النظام وسبب العطل، مع معرّف الحساب فقط (بدون اسم أو رقم)، حتى نصلّح المشاكل.

3) كيف نستخدمها

لتنفيذ الطلبات والتوصيل والصيانة، والتواصل معك، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، والمحاسبة مع التجار. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات.

4) من يطّلع عليها

• فريق الإدارة والموظفون المخوّلون، كلٌّ حسب صلاحيته.

• التاجر يرى بنود طلبات منتجاته فقط (بدون رقمك أو عنوانك).

• مزوّدو خدمة يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والتخزين والدخول)، وGoogle Firebase (الإشعارات وتقارير الأعطال)، ومزوّد إرسال رمز التحقق (البريد أو واتساب).

5) الحماية

البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، والوصول محمي بصلاحيات على الخادم.

6) الاحتفاظ والحذف

تقدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف حسابي. عند الحذف نحذف اسمك ورقمك وعناوينك ومرفقاتك، ونلغي طلباتك التي لم تُقبل بعد. نحتفظ بسجلات مالية بلا هوية (مبالغ الطلبات والتسويات) للأغراض المحاسبية. ونحتفظ بنسخة محدودة من الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد لمدة سنة وحدة بعد الحذف، يشوفها الأدمن فقط، لمنع الاحتيال وحل أي مشكلة بطلب سابق، وبعدها تنمسح نهائياً. ويمكنك طلب الحذف أيضاً عبر صفحة حذف الحساب على موقعنا.

1) Who we are

Volt Link is an Iraqi platform for buying electrical supplies and requesting maintenance and installation services. Payment is cash on delivery; we never collect card details.

2) Data we collect

• Name, phone number and email: to create your account and contact you about your orders.

• Delivery address and notes: to deliver your order or perform the service.

• Precise location (GPS): only when you tap “Locate me”, saved with that request only. We do not track your location in the background.

• Maintenance photos: the images you choose to describe a fault.

• Order history: products, amounts and statuses.

• Cart and favorites: the products you add, so you find them on another device.

• Your messages with our team (Contact the team): message text and time, visible only to support staff, and erased when you delete your account.

• Device notification token: to send you updates about your orders (you can turn them off in your phone settings).

• Technical crash reports: device model, OS version and the error, with your account ID only (no name or phone), so we can fix problems.

3) How we use it

To fulfil orders, deliveries and maintenance, contact you, prevent fraud and abuse, and settle accounts with merchants. We do not sell your data or show ads.

4) Who can see it

• The admin team and authorized staff, each according to their permissions.

• A merchant sees only the order lines of their own products (not your phone or address).

• Service providers processing data on our behalf: Supabase (database, storage, sign-in), Google Firebase (notifications and crash reports) and the verification-code provider (email or WhatsApp).

5) Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is enforced by server-side permissions.

6) Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in the app: My account → Delete my account. We then delete your name, phone, addresses and attachments, and cancel orders not yet accepted. We keep anonymized financial records (order and settlement amounts) for accounting. We keep a limited copy of your name, phone number and email for one year after deletion, visible to administrators only, to prevent fraud and resolve issues with past orders; it is then permanently erased. You can also request deletion through the account-deletion page on our website.

7) Children

The app is intended for adults (18+).
