تكدر تحذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف حسابي (للتاجر: لوحة التاجر ← حسابي ← حذف حسابي).
إذا ما تكدر تدخل للتطبيق، راسلنا على واتساب 07730792679 من نفس الرقم أو اذكر البريد المسجّل، ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.
• الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد وسجل الدخول، العناوين، صور مرفقات الصيانة، السلة.
• الطلبات اللي ما انقبلت بعد تُلغى.
• مبالغ الطلبات والتسويات مع التجار للأغراض المحاسبية، بدون اسمك أو رقمك أو عنوانك.
• نسخة محدودة من الاسم والرقم والبريد لمدة سنة وحدة، يشوفها الأدمن فقط لمنع الاحتيال وحل مشاكل الطلبات السابقة، وبعدها تنمسح نهائياً.
الحساب اللي عنده طلب أو صيانة قيد التنفيذ يُحذف بعد اكتمالها.
Delete your account yourself in the app: My account → Delete my account (merchants: Merchant dashboard → My account → Delete my account).
If you cannot sign in, message us on WhatsApp +964 773 079 2679 from the same number (or include your registered email) and we will delete the account within 7 days.
• Name, phone number, email and sign-in record, addresses, maintenance photos, cart.
• Orders not yet accepted are cancelled.
• Order and merchant-settlement amounts for accounting, without your name, phone or address.
• A limited copy of your name, phone and email for one year, visible to administrators only for fraud prevention and past-order issues, then permanently erased.
Accounts with an order or repair in progress are deleted after it is completed.
